Albino efficiency

Does anybody know how albino calculated the efficiency of each tactic. I've looked everywhere, but can't seem to find it. I don't think its the same as the damage equation.
Much appreciated if you can steer me in the right direction.

I remember seeing it ages ago, if its the same one, was it where it gives you the pro's and con's of each style and the % increase/decrease each style gives you?

Ya, I have the chart as well and found it in a few places. but how does he come up with
4/8/8 = 128.00
what is the math behind it?

Can honestly say I've never used the lines 3/8/9 or 3/9/8 in my entire career.
