The relationships between STR and AGL.
The base weight is determined by the fighter's HGT. The weight is then modified by several factors:
1) The difference between the fighter's STR and 10. If it's greater than 10, this adds to his weight. Otherwise it subtracts. It's based on the square root of the difference between the stat and 10, so a change from 10 to 11 makes much more difference than a change from 20 to 21.
2) The difference between the fighter's AGL and 10. This is basically the opposite, in that higher AGL leads to lower weight.
3) The fighter's build, which can make up to a 6% difference in his weight.
4) The fighter's *minimum* weight is lower if he has higher CND. A fighter with higher CND can lose more weight if he chooses to than a lower CND fighter.
